Michelle holds an MPhil in Textile Conservation from the University of Glasgow Centre for Textile Conservation and Technical Art History. She has worked as a Conservation Assistant at Windsor Conservation (Dover, USA) and was the 2017-2018 postgraduate intern in textiles at the Canadian Conservation Institute (Ottawa, CA). She has been a textile conservator at the National Gallery of Australia (Canberra, AU) since 2019.
Professional interests include analysis and preservation of modern materials used in fashion and wet cleaning additives.
